The following positions are open for our Charlotte office:

Senior Auditor should be able to plan engagements, conduct fieldwork, review audit workpapers performed by staff accountant. The senior auditor is responsible for applying risk assessment methodology in designing audit and performing tests of internal control and evaluate the efficiency in implementation of internal controls in operation, financial closing and financial reporting; providing recommendations on any control deficiencies identified; performing substantive and analytical testing in financial statements; researching the latest accounting pronouncements and resolving the related accounting issues; preparing management representation letters and confirmation letters to attorneys; preparing auditor’s report including financial statement and disclosures according to the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; evaluating the audit approaches with managers and partners at the end of audit; and evaluating staff accountants 

Minimum qualifications are:
-    Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Accounting or comparable subject, and preferably a CPA
-    3 to 5+ years of experience in public accounting experience
-    Organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple engagments 
-    Experience must include compliance audit in regulated industries, internal control audit and Sarbanes-Oxley audit                                                                                                        
-   Good oral and written communication skills                                                                                 -   Intermediate computer skill equivalent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access or data query writing                                                                                                                                           -    Position located in Charlotte, NC

Staff Auditor should be able to assist more experienced team members to gain an understanding of the business by working on various stages of an audit. 

Minimum qualifications are:
-    Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting or comparable subject
-    Highly motivated to learn technical skills
-    Outstanding interpersonal skills
